At Luxe Avenue, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
Accompanied by tags (if applicable)
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
